At Zuri Store, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy to sort it out.
Our 30-Day Return Promise
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no fuss, no hassle. Whether you've changed your mind or received something that isn't quite right, we'll work with you to find a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original condition — unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works perfectly)
Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No worries. You can return most items within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Please note that for change of mind returns, the item must be in its original, unused condition. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Opened personal care or beauty products
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are always protected. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy — and we'll make it right.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we'll offer you:
- A full refund
- A replacement item
- A store credit
For major faults (where the product has a serious problem), you have the right to choose between a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we may repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can help resolve it quickly.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at info@zuristore.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item is damaged or faulty
- We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- For approved returns, we'll provide a prepaid return label (for faulty/incorrect items) or return instructions (for change of mind returns)
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or replacement
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account — this is outside our control.
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us, and we'll look into it right away.
