We know you're excited to receive your order, so we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team gets to work. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking details once it's been dispatched.
If you order on a weekend or public holiday, processing begins the next business day.

Please note these are estimates — while most orders arrive within this window, delivery times can occasionally vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control.
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then reach out to us and we'll look into it.
Delays and Lost Parcels
While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, occasional delays can happen due to high demand periods, weather events, or carrier disruptions. If your order is running later than the estimated timeframe, here's what to do:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update from the carrier
- Allow an extra 3–5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us, as parcels sometimes experience minor delays in transit
- Contact us if there's been no movement on your tracking for more than 5 business days — we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you've made an error, contact us immediately at info@zuristore.com.au — we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may require additional shipping costs to resend it.
