How to Use

1. Load your herbs — remove any thick stems, then loosely fill the chamber with your fresh herbs. Don’t pack them too tightly — a loose fill gives the blades room to work.
2. Snap the lid closed — press the lid down firmly until it clicks into place. This seals the chamber and keeps everything inside while you twist.
3. Twist the handle — hold the base in one hand and rotate the top handle back and forth. Two to four twists is usually enough for a fine chop. More twists = finer mince.
4. Open and use — unsnap the lid and tip your perfectly chopped herbs directly into your dish. No transfer, no mess.
5. Clean up — rinse under warm water immediately after use, or place in the dishwasher. Takes about 10 seconds to clean.
